No, it doesn't ,if you wish for paints and kit, you can pick up other variations with colors
What's the difference between 9 inch and 13 inch fluid bear?

Bear mold size and quantity of paints, 9 inch height bear have 3 paints 1 of each color, 13 inch height bear have 6 paints 2 of each color, the paints are 60ml / 2oz
Product is missing parts, how to solve it?

Received dried up paints, bad quality paints?

Dried up paints problem is caused by Winter cold and blizzard in certain place of amazon warehouse that froze the paints into solid form and ruined it which look like dried up, we have solved mostly of it, contact support if you received it.
